The Delegate’s Roundtable Meeting for this month will be this Thursday, December 4th at 7:00PM CST.

This meeting is an open forum each month where we have a Tradition presented and then a topic or speaker, followed by a discussion. For this month’s meeting, Tradition Eleven and Twelve will both be covered as the roundtable was cancelled last month. Your very own Alternate Delegate (Pam B.) and Delegate (me) will be covering the two Traditions, followed by a discussion on the many facets of Anonymity. I feel this is a timely topic right now in relation to an upcoming online workshop and one of the PAI’s for next year’s GSC (#25 on the attached list).

Following this I thought it would be interesting to discuss the attached list of Proposed Agenda Items (PAIs) submitted by the fellowship prior to the September 30th deadline for next year’s GSC. The list contains the 110 PAIs submitted and their current status in committee. As you see, there are currently 13 “Under Consideration” and 8 which have been “Forwarded to the Conference.” Please bring your thoughts, opinions and questions on these, or on anything else that’s going on in the Area, your districts and meetings.
